Quick questions on new machine

On my old control when you pressed the "handle jog" button, it would reset all of the coords on the dist-to-go screen. How do you zero the individual coordinates on the dist-to-go display?

Also there is an annoying slow leak from the bottom of my moisture trap bowl where the shop air is hooked up. Is it not supposed to do this?

Thanks
Joe V.

I believe the operator coordinates can be zeroed while in hand jog mode by first selecting the axis either with the RJH or the axis select on the keyboard and pressing the origin button.

The moisture trap should not have a leak to it except for the first few seconds when air is applied to the machine. You probably have a small piece of dirt under the seat of the valve in the bottom of the can. You should be able to open the valve up and get a good volume of air through that will knock the dirt out of the way. If that does not work you may need to cut the air to the machine and remove the can and clean the valve seat.

Geof will become famous soon enough

If you have not yet tried clearing the moisture trap valve as JP describes I suggest you disconnect the air first. We had a tiny leak which turned into a big leak when the entire valve assembly broke off. They are plastic and I guess it got bumped and had a crack.
