hi guys need to repeat a marking on a part. the part needs to be changed every time. how do i program a dwell of say,12 seconds and then repeat the program. need to do this on 50 parts. is it possible to do this without starting the cycle everytime i.e. repeat the program say from N1 to N100? thanks for any help |

| Put what you want to repeat in a subroutine with an L count if you want to repeat a specific number of times. Just put a M99 Pnnn back to the line you want to repeat from if you want to do an endless loop.* Put in a dwell, G04 P12000 for your delay. *On older machines I think this alarms out after a certain number but on later machines it just keeps looping round and round. |
