Has anyone ever had an overvoltage error 119 on a Haas unit? I'm using a GR-510 mill and the error suggests that my inline voltage is too high. However, my inline supply is 211VAC, my supply is rated for 208-230VAC. I'm reading 244VAC from the transformer once the unit itself is energized. I'm still under the 10% threshold reccommended by the manufacturer [253VAC]. Would appreciate any fixes. |

| Have you checked the placement of the transformer taps at the bottom of the cabinet. You may need to move them up to a higher input voltage range. Also does the alarm come on all the time or just during spindle decelerration? If there is an open circuit on the braking resistor you will get overvoltage then. And have you checked the DC Buss voltage on the Diagnostics page; it should be no higher than 342 or somewhere around that. |
