can you tell from haas serial # what year machine is?

I was looking at a haas vf0 vmc and wondering if the serial number gives a indication if its a 95 or 96. thanks in advance.

I am not where I can look at a HAAS tag at this moment, but on the tag the year and month are identified.

The date of manufacture is just below the serial number on the tag.
