Cutting 316L SS on a VF3-SS

Hey guys, just curious if anyone has cut any 316L on a SS series? I don't really have any experience with this series. I've mainly cut 17-4 SS and 7075 ally all the time. I use all carbide end mills Altin coated. For example what speeds and feeds are you using for side milling. Right now I'm roughing at 2200 rpm 30. ipm .035 step over and .800 depth of cut with a 5/8 finish endmill. It is cutting but is making some noise. Tool still looks good but looking to see what anyone wlse thought.

Can you show(e-mail or otherwise) what you are trying to do? Depending on the application there are things to make your live bearable. It will never be easy with this stuff.
