Spindle encoder Haas Mini lathe delivery

Hi,
We are ruining Haas Mini lathe since 2004
In 2008 the spindle encoder ( Some HEIDENHAIN) was replaced by local service.
Now it's dead again.
My local HFO is refusing to deliver the part to me as we have an open dispute on expensive repairs on other machine that I did not payed.
They refused my proposal to take an order with advance payment for the part and delivery.
The encoder is:
PEPPERL + FUCHS

SERIE RVI25P-06DYYR66N02000

No 1418728/OS112005

I've contacted FUCHS , and they told me that this is part specially produced for HAAS and they have a contract not to sell this any body else.
Can you help me finding somebody willing to deliver this encoder for me.
The machine is out of production for a week now. And soon I'll start to loose customers.

I wonder what is special about it?
If it is standard differential with what may be a 2000pulse/rev by the look of the part number, it may not be hard to adapt, especially if it is a shaft encoder?

Until the present moment I was counting on the service of the local HFO.
I'm runing 4 haas machines.
Can you please point me to somebody selling encoders.
