    VF2 ignoring M00

We are running a program that has been working for days. It has 2 M00 in the program. This morning the machine started skipping the M00 as if it was not there. Any idea why?

    Is it written?

    /M00

If yes, then Block Delete is the issue.

nope. The machine was booted up and the cycle was started and it just ran right through it.

We shut down the machine and restarted it and it recognized the M00. No idea on this one

Would definitely report this to Haas. Maybe a software bug.

I seem to remember this happening to me on a VF-0 about three years ago. A restart fixed it too. I think it is just one of those one-in-a-million errors.

I had the same issue on a SL-10 a few weeks ago. We restarted it and it hasn't done it since. Not sure what that was all about.

Skipping an "M00" would be grounds for dismissal.

Damn thing is, even if you fire it it can't just take it's tool box and leave----you need riggers to move it out!!!!

Besides, they look so sad sitting in the parking lot.

Only I think I would be firing a Haas rep (out of a canon).

    Haas Factory Support

Please send the serial numbers and software versions for these machines that have skipped an M00. If possible also include the program.
    Thanks,
