    EC1600

We have a Haas EC1600 with thru the spindle coolant. When using TSC the coolant turns on but the spindle stops and is waiting? The alarm states low TSC coolant?, but the sump is full? does anyone have any ideas?

Oh yeah the TSC works when there is a tool in the spindle with small feed holes, currently we are trying to use a large insert drill with large feed hoes. Could this be a low pressure feed back to the control??

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, the TSC system has a pressure switch; not enough back pressure.

I have run my ec1600 tsc with no tool in spindle with
no problems. Check your gate filter on coolant tank and also
check the gage on the tsc filter housing to see if
    that filter is dirty also.
