anyone have the minimill test program?

after getting a temporary fault with the motor on my sl10 lathe i would now like to run a daily test program on my machines which uses all the motors and doesnt just warm the spindle. The machine had a test program when we bought it but i accidently deleted it from the machine.

You could write a quick program that travels the table to its full dimensions using machine coordinates (G53). You'll have to jog the machine to it's maximum work envelope then write down the numbers, then put them into a quick program.

Here's an example (if you ignore the first part with the multiple toolchanges) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZQ3NmCAIE0]Haas Super Minimill Toolchange/rapid demo - YouTube

You want a minimill test program for an sl10 lathe? After you accidentally deleted it? Are you sure you are qualified to operate this equipment?

How about a "warm up" program for an SL10 lathe?

    Maybe start with:

No i need a test program for my mini mill as per title of the thread. I have been running my haas machines for nearly 5 years now so yes i think im qualified to operate them. The memory on the mini mill was full so i was deleting them off but was doing it too fast and accidently pressed delete all. Its easily done and doesnt mean im unqualified to use the machine

Well...use the above example and write a warm up program for your mill then. Should only take about 10-15 minutes.
