Haas Offset Issue

I have a 2011 Haas VF3. The issue is T2 is showing up at the bottom of the Offsets chart. so the Offsets go 1,3,4... and it appears at the bottom of the list after T200. What can cause this and how do I fix it?

Stupid Obligatory Helpdesk response: Did you try turning it off then back on again? (I assume you have)

I assume you called your HFO? If not, CALL YOUR HFO!!! That is why they exist. Sorry I can't help. I'd almost guess that you'd need a software re-load.

Thanks for the response. Yes I restarted it initially but its a new machine and for some reason it took several restarts for it to show back up.

Well, glitches do happen. I guess the good thing is that it is new. Get your HFO to get out there ASAP.

Ya he's coming out next week to finish loading macros and all the extra programs ur supposed to get. I'll mention it to him

Try changing setting 201.
