Hi I need to finish suface with 15 RA Micro finish. I do a testing but best what I am getting is only 20 RA. I use .040 dia stub 4 fl with TIAlN coating. Stainless Steel 174 I am only removing .004 with .006 step down.The depth is .020 and .032. I changed rpm feedrate stepover and so on. Is here someone hwo done something like that.
