    HS1RP Advise please

I am looking at purchasing a 1998 HS1RP and have no experiance with Haas, or a horizontal for that matter. Machine is running and ive checked backlash with indicator and seems fine in all axsis. The rotory table has a slight leak and owner says it needs seals but works fine if you put a dwell time in program after unlocking. (is this a repair i can do?)
Can anyone who knows these machines tell me the good, bad, what to look for sort of info on this machine?
Also what kind of accuracy can one expect from this machine if in good shape? How about the 4th axsis? what can one expect from it?
How is it built? boxed? rotating ball?
any knowlege would be appreciated here please
    thanks guys

I had a couple customers with early haas horizontals, they really didn't have anything great to say about them, but it seemed like they were always running.
