machine with home position in lower left

Just got a old vf4 donated to the college here, and it has the home position in the lower left corner of the table. So all coordinates are postive on the machine. Also the Z axis is flipped too. Any ideas what parameters I need to change to get it like 98% of the machines in the free world?

So let me get this straight. When you power on the machine and press the POWER UP/RESTART button the table moves all the way to the right, the saddle moves all the way back (away from the operator) and the spindle moves to it's lowest position? I didn't know it was possible to make a Haas home anywhere but +X +Y and +Z. Do you have other Haas VMC's in the shop?

Change parameter 57 bit 25, Neg Work Ofs, to a 1.
