Haas can't help us!!

We keep getting an alarm that says "Alarm 849 160v DC bus overvoltage" Haas has been unable to eliminate this problem. It is always associated with a tool change. Has anyone else seen this? Anyone found a way to fix this?

Brand new. Machine was actually built in July and the software has already been updated to the newest version.

This is a warranty issue and should be handled by your dealer. If they are not fixing the problem, then call and insist on it.
