New VF-7 spindle whistles at high rpm!!!

Our brand new HAAS mill has a very annoying high pitch whistle at all rpm's above 500. Has anyone else experienced this on their drive systems?
We have the 10K rpm option, direct speed belt drive machine.

This will be caused by one of two things.
1. Belt tension (you can have your dealer come out and check the belt tension)
2. Our new spindles have a different air flow. You may be hearing that.
