Haas service manual

Hi!
Is there anyone out there that have a Haas Service Manual including office mill OM-2A manufactured 2008 and later that could share a copy ?

Hello Piobbaire. There was no Service Manual specifically for the OM machine. The spindle replacement procedure was added to the Haas Mechanical Service Manual along with a few drawings. The Haas Electrical Service Manual has some items that are unique to the Office Mill. All other details in the service manauls are similar to all other Haas machines so there were no changes or additions were made.

Have you checked here??? (not sure what kind of "Service" you are talking about - but all the normal manuals are downloadable...)

Check with your local HFO.
They can sell you the service manual you want.
There is a mechanical service manual and an electrical service manual.
Each manual covers all mills and lathes.
They are reasonably priced.

Hi again!
It's not the operator manuals that are downloadable, but the service manuals for the Haas tech staff. My HFO seems to be on vaccation and I need both mechanical and electrical service manual as late edition as possible.

Have you called Haas? They are always very helpful if it is stuff they provide the public.

You might be able to borrow a manual from a nearby shop and you might also try contacting your neighboring HFO.

Ive called my local rep for Haas and i was informed that they WILL NOT sell any service manual. It is Bu!!sh/t

I spoke to Gerotech, they said they referred someone to the Haas factory because they did not have the old manuals. All service manuals that exist are available, new machines even come with them.
