Hello everyone,

We have a nice 2004 Haas Minimill, and it starts to make a noise in the spindle.
It sounds like a broken bearing, we take out the spindle and seem to be ok, when we run the motor without the belt, sounds like the noise came from the motor, sound was louder at about 2000RPM.
We are now is process to disassemble the motor, but still could not take the pulley away from the rotor. Start trying with a pulley extractor with no luck, and last try was with a 100TON hydraulic press, but could not take the pulley away.
Anyone knows if there is any secret to take out this pulley form the motor rotor?
Thanks in advance,
Daniel.
