Thank you for the help with 234 spindle cable fault. I cleaned the connector on the spindle encoder, and the wiring harness connector. Has stopped doing that for now. When I power up the machine (VF3), after power up, say 30 secs to 1 minute, get a motor overheat, or A motor overheat, for 1/2 second then changes to 112 no interupt. This locks up the display. The second power up might be for 2-5 minutes before this happens. Then it might do it 2-4 more times, or not. Then I have run machine for 1/2 hour, to finish what ever I was doing, with no problems. Any help would be appreciated. Stephen

I am a factory tech. These alarms point me to one of two things. You will need to first check the logic voltage to the mocon pcb. You will be looking for +12 -12 +5 volts. If your voltage is good at the pcb then you have a back mocon. If you need any more info please let me know

Did you try unplugging and plugging back in the plugs on the power PCB? http://www.cnczone.com/forums/haas_m...dle_cable.html
