Would like to do PM's myself..

Is there a step by step destruction manual on doing the preventative maintenance? I have a plain jane VF2 and an SL10, and the $1000+ price for a couple hours work and an air filter for only the control cabinet seems a little excessive.. I've taken the umbrella changer apart in the mill and cleaned it out before, and since I've made modifications to my machines to make them more useable for myself, I'd rather be the only one doing the maintenance on them, if the work is simple enough.. I have piles of Haas pdf documents on doing everything from reloading the software to wiring diagrams, but I didnt see much on the PM's..

There are schedules for the maintenance in each manual establishing the intervals etc..

Oh, I know all about the time schedule for them, its more about the process, ie: unbolt way covers here, and then clean here and lubricate here, here, and here with mystery grease, etc..
