I have had good luck asking tool makers for models (most recently Renishaw sent me a model for a probe). You might check with your HFO. Are you needing this for CAM or floor lay-out or...? I needed a table lay-out and it only took a couple of minutes to make one off the drawings on the Haas' website. |

| Gabe - what actual machine models have you gotten? I've tried to get them from my HFO, but they don't give them out. I think it would be cool if they had a 3d model shell at least. It helps a lot when laying out a shop floor. I ended up using the overall dimensions they post and just modeling it myself. I like the idea of a modeled shop floor (3d) with actual 3d machines. Really gives you a good feel of how the flow will end up.

| Depending on how accurate you want your model to be, this might help your process out a little: http://haasportal.net/Portals/57ad71...%20Views_A.pdf
