Has anyone taken the spindle motor off of a VF4 equipped with a 2 speed box. ours sounds like it needs bearings.  |

| I too have the same issue with my VF3. I have lifted the motor up so I could replace the belts and clean the transmission pump filter but didn't really disconnect anything. I will probably pull out the gear box next week, wish me luck!  |

| About 8000 hrs of spindle on time, machine is a 2000... I also have a 2000 VF4. All my issues have been with my VF3 though. Had to replace the draw bar, draw bar release solenoid and transmission pump. The VF4 so far has only needed a counter balance shock. |
