Got my TM-2 moved a few nights ago. One of my machinist friends says to adjust the feet until the spindle is trammed to the table. When HAAS installed it all they did was level the table. My plan is to level the table and then check the tram and see where I am at. Any advice? Thanks Tim |

| For bigger machines, you buddy would be correct. With the lighter machines such as the TM series and the Mini series, the leveling feet will not have much affect on the tram itself. Once level, you can check the tram and shim the spindle if needed. I usually try not to shim more than .002" - .003". Good luck. |

| When I moved my MiniMill I tried to make sure that all four feet had the same amount of torque applied once it was level. Not sure if this was necessary, but the tram checked almost dead-nuts when I was finished. Maybe .0002 over a 10 inch sweep. |
