Alarm 233 on Haas VF-1

hi all,

I got a problem with VF-1. Alarm 233 "Jog handle Cable Fault" appear, the spindle stop. If press Reset button, the machine will normal running, but get alarm again.

How can i fix it? I need change the new Jog Handle Knob? Pls advice.

That is going to be one of two things. The handle (pulse generator) Or your RJH cable

Are you referring to the remote jog handle or the Jog handle at the control?

The VF-1 doesn't have a remote, does it?

You can get a RJH on any VF machine

Any update on this? I intermittently get the 233 alarm. It only happens when the mill is sitting idle.
