Currently having tool changer problems due to the Carousel will move to change out the tool from the spindle okay. However the tool carousel begins to back away from spindle ever slow slightly, but enough that it becomes out of alignment with the spindle. Why is the carousel moving back?
When the carousel moves in a pin sliding in a slot opens the door, you can see it on the top. If there are chips in this slot they will compress as everything moves forward then act like a spring and push things slightly back as soon as the shuttle drive motor turns off. Check that everything is clear of chips.
An open mind is a virtue...so long as all the common sense has not leaked out.
Check your motor brushes also. Carefully blow out any dust in the motor with the brushes out.
