Hi all , anybody has a crane arm ? how does it look like ? hot does it help ? is it worth the money ? it is possible to build one alone ? can someone make some photos ? Thanks Peter  |

| In my home shop I have a small one used for lifting vises off the table on a MiniMill. This attached to the base of the machine. http://www.cnczone.com/forums/haas_m...hangeover.html We also have a larger one at the main shop which is like a modified engine hoist with a base low enough to fit under the machines so the arm can reach inside. They are well worth the time it takes to make them.
