"Red Grease"

My manual refers to "red grease" for a few service requirements but does not detail what type of grease it is, can anyone clue me in what type to purchase, thanks.

I did a search for red grease and came up with "PENNZOIL® PREMIUM WHEEL BEARING 707L RED GREASE" is that what I need?

I use Mobil brand red grease on the tube it says Mobilith SHC 100

what are you lubricating?if there is any chance of coolant getting near or in the grease
you should use a lithium grease

The red grease I picked up is lithium based grease....

That is the best grease ever!! It's almost imposible to wash off your hands, even resists solvent tank. Solvent will remove it but you have to scrub.
Much better than any white lithium grease for water/coolant resistance.

well lithium grease is what my haas says to use,i have a TM-1 and im using lithium which happens to be red,ive never used white grease,i think thats too thin
