1999 VF3 HAAS Alarm# 175

I have a 1999 VF3 Haas 20HP vector drive vertical mill. Was homing out XYZ. Shuttle in then went into alarm #175 ground fault detected. I burned out R3 6.8 ohm 20 watt resistor on the IO PCB board. Has anyone else had this problem, if so, how have you corrected this issue. HELP.

There is most likely a short that needs to be located before the board is replaced. Based on the pre-condition description provided, I suggest checking the tool changer motors.
