| There could be a number of problems with the a axis, The could be a problem with the servo drive board or the servo motor in the table, or the cabling is not connected properly. I would first check the cable to the table is not loose, then check the fuses on the servo drive board if you can find any. There are 3 fuses on my servo boards, one in the incomming dc supply and one in each leg of the outgoing power to the servo motor. Did you overload the table before this fault appeared ? |

| Haas technician came out to check the machine yesterday. He think my machine had cables problems. I hope he's right. Haas shipped the cables overnight and he will return to my shop today to replace the cables. Thank you for your help. |
