I wonder if anyone knows if and how to increase live tool rpms over the 3000 limits set on the ST30SS machine? 24 station turret.

And how much faster, if any, can we go or not and what is the limiting factor on doing so.

My understanding is that the maximun rpm that the currrent live drive motor can spin is 3000. So I don't believe there are any settings you can change to make it run faster.

There are live tools with a ratio, more speed or more power. 2:1 ratio hypothetically yields 6000 RPM.
