hi guys..1992 haas vf-1...i think..maybe a vf-2 anyways, its got a 126 alarm and the spindle wont turn. its a "stuck between gears alarm" the spindle turns freely so its def not in gear, the air pressure is there and all the cb's are good.. can anyone tell me quickly how to stick it back in gear, and how to make sure the machine recognizes what gear its in. please and thanks 126 GEAR FAULT - Gearshifter is out of position when a command is given to start a program or rotate the spindle. This means that the two speed gear box is not in either high or low gear but is somewhere in between. Check the air pressure, the solenoid’s circuit breaker CB4, and the spindle drive. Use the Power Up/Restart button to correct the problem. (restart did not work)  |
