I've wondered this for sometime now...Is it common for CNC users to periodically regrind or refinish there table in the machine? Ive noticed the last couple of times switching in and out vices and jigs, that our table isnt quite as smooth as it once was, which no ****...its gonna happen sometime. So what should be used to re-finsh??? |

| I actually cut the table on my Fadal 4020. I used a 9" fly cutter, that I welded and gusseted to a holder. It was crowned about .005" in the the X direction. About the last 8 to 10 inches of the table were low. It's not a big deal to do it, but I wouldn't do it if the table is still flat. |
