I see Haas rotary tables, indexers, and 4 and 5 axis trunnion tables advertised used with brush motors. I guess this means the newer models are brushless motors? Does Haas still supply drive software and attachment kits for the older brush accessories? Vern |

| Yes, Haas sells a transformer / adapter harness for doing exactly what you're asking. Unfortunately, I think it's around $1,100. You can do it but, it's priced to discourage you unless you already own the rotary and just need to hook it up. For the price difference, you could probably find a brushless model.

I don't forget that you would also have to get the 4th Axis Option turned on. I think??? it was somewhere between $2,000 and $2,500 plus installation charges. Don't know how that works for a 5th axis or if you can even do that on a TM-1P. Might want to do a little checking at your local HFO. Just some thoughts form another TM-1P owner. John
