End mill source

I am looking for a 1/32 diameter coated carbide flat end mill with a LOC of at least 0.38 inches for a special job. Can anyone give me a good reference for a supplier?

Look at Harvey Tool. If they don't have it in their catalog, their customs are very reasonable.
