turning Intiutive programming off/on

hi,
we have a tm2 that we bought with the intuitive programing feature installed.
since nobody used it here we dissabled it with parm 315 to '0' = off.
saves an extra key press when you go to hand jog.
the pictures of the tools dont show up, but we live with that. (they were usually wrong anyway).
question is, how do we turn it back on, tried e/stop setting 7 = off, parm 315 = 1, but it wont allow it.
thats what it was before we turned it off.

what have we done?
any ideas to get it back?

thanks

The intuitive programming is an option - so you will need a code to turn it back on. You will find it in your operators manual near the back probably where the hardcopy of the parameters is.
If you cannot find the code number then your HFO will give it to you.
When you have it just type it instead of the '1' that you already tried and it should then turn back on.

Hope this helps

yes the code was in the book.
couple of us here have never used it, so thought we'd turn it off to save going into it when you pressed hand jog, then having to get out of it again by pressing again.
as i was turning it back on a bloke said 'o, i use it sometimes for facing/ engraving'.
so have now left it on.
(its silly how it asks for a depth, and if you put a minus # in it wont work..... same with vqc!!!)rant over

thanks again
