I have a bar part, I just cut 2 opposite sides, but cutter comp only works one side, please me.

Your comp programming seems a little askew
You have to take up the comp on the approach side , cut your shape, then move off cancelling the comp

You are actually taking comp up on the endpoint
and moving to the next with comp still on

With this method, the descend in and retract out points will always be without comp and away from your shape , think if you were finishing 2 bores with a large cutter, the 2nd would more than likely crunch when descending
