| Hello guys! First time here. I'm a FeatureCam user and I can easily use/navigate all of its features including AFR, 4 and 5 axis, but, when it comes to Mastercam, well, it's a totally different ball game to me -I just started using Mastercam though- and I have no problems navigating and programming the typical lathe and mill toolpaths for 2 and 3 axis, but, I get stuck when it comes to 4 axis toolpaths and geometry, therefore, I hope some one here is nice enough to give some tips and basics about how to go with the geometry and toolpaths. I go to the help menu, but, I'm the type of guy that in order for me to learn is: to get VERY SPECIFIC instructions, graphics (like featureCam) or videos for that matter. Thanks in advance to every single one of you who can help! |

| If you go in the folder where Mastercam is installed, there's a documentation folder, you should have a refguide. That should help for beginning. I was referring to emastercam if you have questions, ask them in this forum. Your dealer should be able to orient you toward tutorials too. |
