Need Help!- jog --> automatic by rs232

I'd like to change mode, jog mode to automatic mode with a command rs232 on a machine haas mini mill, is this possible?

You want an RS232 signal that will change the mode from handle jog to Mem?
I cannot think of a solution straight away - may not be possible. One question though - why would you want to do this?
