| G76 or G92 with a value for I to give the taper. You run the spindle in reverse and have the cutter upside down. If you don't have a manual go to this link and your can download a pdf file. http://www.haascnc.com/custserv_updates.asp#manualupd

| i learned the hardway to be sure the I (taper) is correct as far as negative or positive, i think an id thread has a positive I number, just shift your tool out and run air passes to confirm. do you need help as far as calculating the taper and code? |
