Need Help!- coolant pump/fuse box

My coolant pump just lost power in the middle of a run. Levels are all good, and there is no voltage to the twistlock outlet the pump plugs into. Does anyone know where to look for a fuse box?

Go into the control cabinet at the back of the machine and you will see a breaker labelled coolant pump; this has probably opened.

There are a few possible reasons this has happened:

1: The centrifugal switch that cuts out the starting windings has failed; this is a weak spot on some of the motors. You can get replacement switches but right now I am not at the business so I cannot give you a link.

2: Some chips have jammed the impeller so the motor has stalled and overloaded.

3: You might be one of the unlucky ones who got a machine with a coolant pump motor from a different supplier than Haas had been using for years, if your machine was new in 2007 or thereabouts this could be the problem. The fix to this is get hold of your HFO they should have a service bulletin that describes installing a larger capacity breaker or something like that.
