Does it have a Haas Vector Drive or another Brand Spindle Drive.

Haas vector should have another alarm with 123 alarm.

Other brand spindle drive you have to look on the drive itself to see the actual error.

Hope this helps

Thanks! Awesome83.
Yes it does come with Hass Vector drive, when it fail machine just say Spindle driver F and if I look to the code it say code 123.I try to disconnect spindle motor and measure voltages from hass vector out it can reading out at about 150 VAC at 2 phases other phase look like signal for driving motor and I also Ohm out the motor I still have the right reading compare with other the good motor I have. That why I comfusing with one is bad ?

Distconect motor and see if you still get alarms with no motor attached.

Measure your dc buss voltage at the drive. should be 325 or so, then look in diagnostics and see what the machine believes the voltage is.

You can disconect all pins 1-3. Power up the drive. Check from each leg to ground (1-3) and you should have 160 v, at each position.

Also you should have more than 100 M Ohms between pins 1 and 3.

Check the regen resitor as well, more than likey 8.6 ohms. but depends on machine.
