This has, I think, been discussed before, but I am way too lazy to try and find it. What Parameters have to be changed to alter the maximum rpm on the TL1? I want to set a maximum of 600 rpm. I know it can be done with G50 in the program but I want to limit the machine itself no matter what is put in a program.

| Thank you Piter, that helped me remember; Parameter 183 Max Freq and Parameter 131 Max rpm. Now I have the slowest TL1 in the world; 600 rpm max.

| This is the TL1 that we use for finishing the ends of stainless steel tubes that I bought over a year ago. I started building a long bar feed, (tube feed really,) and was then diverted onto other projects for a while but now the feeder is almost finished. It is a 20 feet long rotating carrier driven by the spindle with an air injector system to advance the tube. We have tested it to 1000rpm but the idea of having it run at 2000 if someone punched a wrong button kinda scares me so that is why the machine is now limied to 600rpm. I will take some pictures when it is finished.
