do you have a chamfer on the end of the bar? you can also slow down the max speed of the pusher v max speed parameter. check for backlash in the pusher ballscrew assembly

Try slowing down the push speed

We had the same problem. We slowed down the push speed and havent had any problems with the barfeed since. I am not sure which parameter it was, the tech should be able to guide you through it. It is kind of a shame to have to slow down the speed though, it takes quite a bit longer to load a new bar!
    Hope this helps you.
