What do folks use to get coolant to the tip of drills in a Haas turret? the little brass gimbal gizmos that the machine comes with don't extend nearly enought to clear a collet holder. We are sweating some copper tubing into the brass gimbals right now, should work ok. |

| I find with the high volume coolant pump there is so much coolant spraying around you don't need to aim it...everything gets hit .But we do more or less the same, extend the stock nozzles. What I have found convenient is brake line tube. It is cheap, can be bent into tight curves and you can get adapters to 1/8" pipe thread. We made some 1/8NPT tapped adapters with the little ball on the end.
