    Smile help needed (SL-20 Lathe)

Good Day everybody! as the title of the post says I need help with a SL-20 Haas Lathe, when I turn it on in the screen appears only the alarm # 102 which tell me that the servos are off, and the machine do nothing else. I donīt have the electric diagram for the machine and I need it to solve the problem.Only if someone can tell me where to find it..... Thanks a lot!

Press reset to clear the alarm. What happens?

Do you have air pressure to the machine?
First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.

Thanks for your answers. Iīm already pressed the reset a few times and nothing happens the same with the power-up/restart button and the air pressure is also in order, in fact iīll tried everything with the Control Panel and the alarm still at the screen, so I believe the problem is at the back of the machine (electrical panel).

Are Hydrolics working?? is this a machine you just installled? It sounds like you have an E-stop condition that will not let the servos boot up. Check to make sure you have correct hyd pressure. If it is a recently installed machine check to make sure the three faze current is correct. Whatever you got it sounds like your 24volt is not kicking in to pull your servos in.

According to the Haas manual a 102 alarm indicates E-stop pushed, motor fault or power fail. I guess if the screen is displaying anything you can rule out power fail which leaves you with motor fault. I think there is a diagnostic display on the motor power supply inside the cabinet that you can watch during power on and it can tell you something about the motor status.
