    Unhappy TT-4 Turret positioning problem

Forgot to modify program before tool change and crashed the tool into my new soft jaws.

Now I'm getting an alarm when it indexes the turret. Looks like the encoder might have gotten moved.

Is this a parameter fix or do I need to manually adjust?
Are there any specific steps that I need to perform?
Need to get this thing back up and cutting!

Did you call Haas support? Usually a phone call will get you the fastest most reliable response on basics.

Hasn't gotten me far at the moment.
Maybe I wasn't asking the right questions. I don't know.

    What alarm are you getting?

If it crashed most likely the tool change offset (parameter 212) needs to be adjusted. The predure is too long to type out but feel free to contact me and i can help you through it. The service loop number is 1-805-278-8500.
