Haas HL-4 Spindle

Hi i'm new here, does anybody know how difficult it is to change the main spindle drive pulley? We have two HL-4's in the workshop and both require new belts and pulleys, but we are reluctant to get Haas engineers out due to cost. Any help would be much appreciated!
