    Question Door Open

Good day, as I have posted yes I am a green horn to this site. I'll post some shots of my cave a little later but right now I'm just trying to get organized and set up. I'll start with an easy question. On My Tl2 the error message keeps coming up that the "door is open" I assume that the little sensor at the back of the saftey cover is in defect some how. So my question is can I just hot wire it till the new pickup arrives or how do you test to see if that is in fact the problem. Roly

If the switch is electrically "closed" when the door is shut, just jumper across the switch and see if the error message goes away. If the switch is "open" when the door is open, just unplug it to test the error condition.

Look to see if it toggles in the diagnostics page. Did you turn on Setting 51 to see if it works that way?
