Default 2004 Haas Super Mini Mill Problems

Hello, I bought a used super mini mill that looked in great shape. I connected it to a roto-phase in my shop and took off running. Everything worked fine for a while. Then it completely stopped in the middle of a program. Everything quit and the screen locked up. I had to power off to and power back on to get anything to happen. When I power it back on I get the errors shown in the picture. After on for a few seconds it starts counting down from 15 seconds and then powers off. The incoming voltage and phase are correct. A local friend who has worked on these machines looked at it and thought it was a spindle drive. Instead of spending $1500 to get the local HFO out I decided to send the spindle drive out to be rebuilt by the company below.

After getting the drive back and reinstalled I still get the same errors. Someone else suggested the battery may be a problem but I checked it and it is at 3 volts.

    Does anyone have any thoughts?

    Thanks

This is a long-shot, but to me it sounds more like there's a problem with your incoming power -- phasing or voltage.

I would do a complete backup of everything (from the usb)
If it is not too late. Then install a new battery or that new dual batt kit from haas. (don't shut it off) 3v is not enough

The only time I had the countdown was when my battery was completely dead and I had Maaaaany more faluts than you have

Do not shut it off until you do a backup (2cents)

Do the battery change as 3v is not enough as someone has already said
if alarms persist check the monitoring board
