Most probably causes are, some parameter value is incorrect, there is an open circuit in the wiring for the emergency stop switch. Does this machine have a nitrogen counter balance on it?
I do not know what a nitrogen counter balance is, I have taken the back panel off and inspected the wiring on the e-stop every thing appears to be fine
Thanks for your help I found the problem, some times when I start the Mill the fuse in the panel blows. I took the cover off to change the fuse and in the process of taking the cover off it turned off the switches that run the auger, lights and other things. I turned them back on ant it runs fine.
Thanks again
Glad to hear that! Although the concerning part is why do you keep blowing the fuse on start up? Is it blowing when you first turn the control on? Or when you're running the machine? That fuse blowing could lead to more troubles in the future unless you already know what's blowing it.
