pcool causing other faults

i have a late 90s vf1 that started alarming when pcool was used
servo alarm
regen alarm
estop alarm
but no pcool fault
if i unplug the power to the pcool i get a pcool fault but none of the others
swapped io board from vf1 and problem dissapears

any thoughts on whats wrong with my io board

What are the alarm numbers?

I recently had to replace a optoisolator on my io board. Perhaps the board is shorting somehow, bad relay or something, that causes the power to dip.
